Compatibility with MediaWiki externallinks table schema migration (MediaWiki 1.40 or 1.41) #59

I’m just going to leave a note here that the extension in its current form is probably not compatible with the externallinks migration that is ongoing in MediaWiki core as of this writing ($wgExternalLinksSchemaMigrationStage exists since 1.40, but is not yet enabled by default). Someone™ would probably have to update ExternalLinks.php to use the new indexed fields (I believe el_index is eventually going away).
