pgup pgdown bindings don't work on some platforms #31

Need to get more information. 
This may not be necessary since pgup/pgdown were initially just temporary 
bindings to test the multihead support.

Should be fixed in rev 197. The xkeysym for pgup was wrong in the default 
config file, which overrides the hardcoded defaults (which were right). 
I hadn't caught it because in testing I was running it as root, and root has no 
euclid-wm.conf installed
