euclid does not always exit fullscreen cleanly #36

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.on a blank view open 2 xterms
2. focus the top one
3. go into fs
4. alt + j to move to the second
5. alt + space to exist fs

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the windows will be tiled again, with the bottom one focused.
Instead the top one is still displayed in fs.
