sloppy focus doesn't work with totem movie player #50

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open several windows including totem
2. move pointer into totem window

Expect the border to turn blue, indicating that euclid has given it focus. 

Instead it remains grey and the previously focused window's border remains 
blue. 

Also, this is happening with chrome. 

I suspect this is a bug in the transition of the event loop from cascading 
if-else to a switch.
