Constants in hid2hci are incorrect #1

Changed a GET to a SET so it would work. Also, added another Product ID so we could set the dongles to something that CSR's stack wouldn't grab on hosts running that.

Well that was silly - must have copied the wrong constant when making it libusb-1.0. Thanks :)
