Uganda ADM0 source data geometry is missing land area that is included on other ADM layers. image

Thanks for this report - a big goal for 5.0 (other than improving licenses) is to start looking into hierarchical standardization. Going to go ahead and add this to the milestones there (noting that once we get this corrected it'll get rolled into the API / release immediately, just using 5.0 as a marker to collect a number of changes for an archival release).
