[BOUNDARY ERRATA] Add Hans Island to Canada and Greenland #2527

Describe the Error On June 14, 2022, Canada and Denmark signed a treaty that ended a forty-some-year "Whisky War" over Hans Island. The island is now divided between the two countries. However, the geoboundaries ADM0 shapefiles for Canada and Greenland do not include Hans Island.

Screenshots The new boundary appears on OpenStreetMap. Here is a screenshot of Canada and Greenland ADM0 shapefiles with an OSM basemap, Hans Island centered:

Additional context I understand that this is not a particularly important boundary to correct, but it would be cool!

@jacobwhall This is a really neat find! We will put it on our list of things to correct. Also, I saw your OSM W&M map project, and it's super cool - love the bike parking and benches!
