[BOUNDARY ERRATA] NAM ADM2 #2912

Describe the Error It seems the shape names are incorrect at the ADM2 level for Namibia. The GADM naming seems to be correct. For example, the city of Swakopmund sits in the Outjo Constituency in GeoBoundaries, but in the Swakopmund Constituency in GADM. Similarly, the city of Walvis Bay sits in the incorrectly named Opuwo area, but should probably be in Walvis Bay Urban (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Walvis_Bay_Urban)

Just dropping a quick note thanking you for this! We're very quiet this summer (as our students are out) but I'll make sure this gets revisted as soon as we have the manpower to do so.

Just want to comment here and say I uploaded a new NAM ADM2 file earlier this week, my source was the National Statistics Agency (of Namibia) so I'm guessing that file is accurate. Did not see this issue before I submitted the new file though, so I can't say with complete certainty right now that this issue has been resolved.
