CAF ADM 0, 1, 2 and 3 all have "fuzzy" licenses - Open Data Commons Attribution - from HDX. As we are moving to a formally defined set of open for gbOPEN, the current CAF files have been moved to the humanitarian release. We need to find alternatives for the gbOPEN release.
Currently, ADM0 and 1 have been identified. 2 and 3 are still looking.
