GADM License #11

Let's change to "GADM" and link to: https://gadm.org/data.html

What do you mean with change GADM license to "GADM"? It's currently missing a license type, is that what you mean?

And what do you want to link to https://gadm.org/data.html? On the comparison tab, currently the behavior of the "Source" entry is to link to the homepage of each data source, and the "License" entry links to "https://gadm.org/license.html".

Since i didnt hear back, sticking to source linking to gadm.org, data linking to https://gadm.org/download_country_v3.html (since i used the country-specific files), and license to https://gadm.org/license.html.
