Compare two boundaries other than gB #15

-> Rename "Compare" tab to "Compare geoBoundaries" -> Add a new tab, "Compare two of my Own Boundaries"

On the new tab, a user uplaods the two files they want to compare simultaneously; otherwise all the same.
