fix ordering in django dropdowns and tables #82

for example, they should appear as: R_1 - Participant R_2 - Attacker R_3 - Defender ... R_10 - Implementer

instead of: R_1 - Participant R_10 - Implementer R_11 - Giver ... R_2 - Attacker R_3 - Defender

Also, organize the extract and activity lists by source_id so that they are grouped together
