Feature request: upgrade to IonIcons v3 #14

Hi, just a new feature request. Is it possible to upgrade to IonIcons v3? Hope so, Cheers!

Hi, I'm talking about this icon set https://ionicframework.com/docs/ionicons/ The issue is several icon names had changed.. so version 2 and version 3 are not compatible..
