[product-requests]: Verify that POST requests are not made by the client

• Client's cannot make a post product_request.
• Figure out a way to determine whether or not these requests came from the client or from the server.
• Add a custom header to the front-end requests to the api with a key
• For functions that need verification, add a custom decorator
