[product-requests]: create a page to view/edit product requests for a lender and a renter

• Renters need to see their submitted product requests (and edit them)

Make a sidebar menu like in the account-settings page with links to products, requests, and product/lending stats (overview).

First step is to add code to submit a product request to the lender from the product listing page.
