Please compile ibm-db as the PyPy module.

It is first time i heard about PyPy. ibm_db module needs some changes to make 
it compatible with PyPy. I don't know how much effort it will take, But 
currently we are not pursuing it. 
You know that this is an opensource project, so you can also contribute in 
this. To know more about contribution process please go through
