Django 1.4 - Trunk patch BaseDatabaseOperations __init__ #93

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Using Django-Trunk

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
__init__() errors expected params 0 was 1

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Trunk

Override of BaseDatabaseOperations pass the connection by parameters, see the 
patch

accept the patch without contribution agreement.

If you don't want to sign CLA then we can't be able to accept your patch. 

But we are making a note of this problem and will rectify it in the next 
release of ibm_db_django adaptor which includes Django-1.4.x supports.

Django-1.4.x supported version of ibm_db_django(1.0.4) has been released.
