CCT 05 request to add entry to identify AWS, ESA's Arctic Weather Satellite

Initial request

Please add an entry to Common Code Table C-5 for ESA's Arctic Weather Satellite (AWS). The satellite is not in a geostationary orbit and so needs to assigned a number from a even decile. It is a European satellite and so the range 01-99 would be appropriate. Noting the possibility of subsequent EPS-Sterna satellites, the entry 80 is proposed.

ESA have clarified that the name should be AWS1 rather than just AWS. I find myself unable to update the information above, but, to be absolutely clear, the proposal is now to add the following entry to Common Code Table C-5:
