README docker example does not work

Following README to build and run docker version does not work. Program fails with error: OSError: Cannot find ecCodes definition path

Can be fixed of course with ECCODES_DEFINITION_PATH=/opt/eccodes/share/eccodes/definitions but maybe add this to Dockerfile
