AI 2019-1: PBL height and related variables #1

Bring ancillary variable PBL height (and related variables) to the attention of SSC and discuss how they could fit into the GAW data management (deadline: November 2019)

Issue was reported at SSC meeting in November 2019 and again in March 2020. Further action needs to be taken by SSC.
