remove example text from XML examples #189

I have addressed the feedback comments and included the TAC for each example in a separate file

Is this reasonable, or is there more to do for this change?

Thanks @marqh. I think the files are fine. For the LKKV METAR it seems that when we prepared the examples for 3.0.0 we have left out the TAC. Actually you can find it back in IWXXM 2.1.1's examples directory at https://schemas.wmo.int/iwxxm/2.1.1/examples/metar-LKKV.tac. This should also be good for Am78.
