Space weather:

A2-[3,4] examples had reversed lat/long pairs for H(N|S)H bands
TAC-to-XML-Guidance.txt updated to clearly explain how DAYLIGHT SIDE is to be encoded.

METARs

LKKV example now fixed
EDDF runway state did not indicate presence of solidii (missing), duplicate info (runway) reference order fixed.
