Add continuous stream of data #30

A monitoring center needs to receive data via the different protocols (see #22 #23 #24 #25) as continuous data stream. Whenever new data arrives, the monitoring status and the graphical display should be updated in near realtime to reflect the newly received data.

That is, a monitoring center needs to receive data, decode the data instantly and update its system according to the content of the received data.
