This update contains the following changes:

Improvements in warning and error handling
Inclusion of warnings and errors in the output BUFR metadata so that they can be accessed and displayed by the wis2box webapp
Replaced conditions if var in decoded with if decoded.get('var') is not None to handle NoneType groups returned by pymetdecoder better.
