Consider removing "none" as an allowed value for prediction-system #1

If the level 11 is defined from the 'system' perspective, 'none' doesn't make sense to me. There should be some system that produces data...We need to find an appropriate name to capture such system...but what system? 'data assimilation system'?

TT-NWPMD meeting on 17.04.2023:

One of the options in Level 10 is "analysis", under this option, no other controlled vocabulary item in Level 11 may fit for some cases (e.g. producing an analysis without a forecast). Thus "none" was originally proposed.
One suggestion: repeat "analysis" again in Level 11.
The meeting opined that "none" does not has any meaningful information and a better word than "none" should be used instead.

The question is which option we will take among following ones? 1) to keep 'none' 2) to replace 'none' with 'analysis' 3) to replace 'none' with other word (in this case, please propose a new word(s)'. You may add more than one word such as, 'analysis', 'post-processing', 'application'

I think we should remove "none", either completely or replace it with a suitable term.

Maybe if the analysis is not produced to be followed by a forecast we could use "standalone".
