Display metrics by region, country or other categories
Piecharts of WMO_CategoryCode, DataLicenseCode, WMO_DistributionCode
Link to individual record KPIs

At first glance I'm thinking pywiscat can help with generating the reports, to which we could add a web application. Adding @wmo-im/tt-wismd here for review/comment.
