When receiving a message from a WIS centre or Global Service broker, the metric wmo_wis2_gb_messages_received_total will be increased by 1
WITH
When receiving a message from a WIS centre local broker or a Global Service broker, the metric wmo_wis2_gb_messages_received_total will be increased by 1
In section 2.7.4 Global Cache
REPLACE
The metric wmo_wis2_gc_last_metadata will reflect the datetime (in RFC3339 format) of the last metadata resource processed by a given centre.
WITH
The metric wmo_wis2_gc_last_metadata_timestamp_seconds will reflect the datetime (as UNIX timestamp i.e. the number of seconds since the epoch) of the last metadata resource processed by a given centre.
