reduce WNM schema to directly use the OGC API - Features link definition #54

This PR removes our inline definition for a link to leverage the OGC API - Features definition.

Note that this removes our local updates on IANA and canonical as an example in the schema itself, however we do articulate these in the specification and the associated requirements.

The resulting bundled JSON Schema remains (functionally) the same.
