Changes:
Refactoring of the download worker to include guard clauses and helper functions.
Added logging options to configuration that allow the logs to be written to a local test file.
Topic is validated for the presence of certain special characters.
Target is sanitised if certain special characeters are present, and a warning is logged.
Tighter control on dependency versions.
