These entries make sense to me, I just wonder if we know the source of them.

It seems that the below entry will be added regarding the lightning density for cloud-to-ground. Is there anything for ground-to-cloud and inter cloud lightning? or , do we need to add some entry for these?

I don't known the source of those entries. It seems as if someone of the OSCAR team included it in the database.

Since they are in OSCAR I am going to merge the branch https://github.com/wmo-im/wmds/tree/issue44 now into the development branch to prevent inconsistencies between the published tables and OSCAR. This table needs a very thorough check at a later point.
