Synchronise all Prod registers to Test instance

Synchronise all Prod content to Test, not just the registers that already exist:

• [x] Delete all test registers before copying all prod registers.
• [x] Code linting for readability/maintenance.
• [x] Pin requests dependency to 2.32.2.
• [x] Add venv to .gitignore.
• [x] Update documentation.
