Add: xmmv #12

Re-add the latest version of xmmv to opt, originally written by dcat. It requires passing of a wid to it to know what window to control. Left click or hitting escape will exit xmmv

Not sure where you got this version from, but this is not the latest. It doesn't include util.h, doesn't have the usage() function for example. Reverting the commit that removed it will be a more viable option.
