Make *OM, *OL, *Integrate implementation functions private #22

  1. [x] Make functions such as ComovingTransverseZ1Z2Integrate, AgeOM, [...] private.
  2. [x] Centralize some more functions in util.go or otherwise reduce duplication.

Lost a few percent of test coverage because util.ageOM no longer has anything that triggers the OM=1 special case.
