Generate and use objectIds consistently in forced photometry tables and in reconstruction of lightcurves.

  1. [ ] Use/create objId for including in the catalogs
  2. [ ] Decided on Name vs. Id for external input catalog format.
  3. [ ] Add knowledge to assemble_catalogs to reconstruct using objId.
