I don't know much about gtk programming, but is it possible to use libadwaita now? PS: Thank you for your work :)

Presumably yes? I don't know anything about libadwaita, or why it wouldn't be possible.

You just use the widgets it provides, instead of regular gtk4 ones afaik.
