Eclipse Code Formatter Preferences are not exported and imported #15

Hi,

Eclipse Code Formatter Settings are nor exported via "File -> Export Settings, 
File -> Import Settings" in plugin version 1.5.1.1 beta.

This is a very handy feature if you have multiple idea projects and you want 
the same settings for them all.

configuration is saved in the project file *.ipr, so it cannot be exported.

but maybe some custom import/export could be implemented.
or the settings could be saved in the user settings.
