Though being shown as project preference the Eclipse Code Formatter can only be enabled/disabled globally #36

Though the preference for the plugin shows up as a per project setting enabling
or disabling only works globally. This means switching between projects with
different code style settings is not possible. I'm using IntelliJ Idea 12.

yes it works globally, but only on current profile. maybe making that on/off
per project is good idea.

Actually most of my peers use Eclipse and we have checked in project specific
settings. It would be nice to be able to configure different settings location
per project.
It would be even nicer if .settings/org.eclipse...prefs files would be detected.

Interesting, we on the other hand use single settings for all projects, and it
is not commited.

Anyway I should probably make it similar to intellij's style configuration.
