Improve the way performance is stored and maintained #140

For the proper exchange of information between BSSs and agents and/or the central controller, we need to improve the way performance statistics are maintained at nodes.

At this moment, a "performance" structure has been provided with a large set of performance indicators. Such a structure is being passed between entities (e.g., nodes, agents) to fulfill different purposes.

Apart from performance, other structures such as configuration provide further contextual information.
