Modify TX times #96

The time for transmitting all the data is computed according to the maximum possible MCS. However, RTS, CTS, ACKs and some headers in DATA must be transmitted at the lowest possible MCS.

This was solved by the new 11ax MAC functionalities in commit 4f094dd00c567a303a8057919355bd2a6e52cfb4
