feat: add random-wallpaper package #9

I created a package that displays a random wallpaper from the unsplash.com site every time bond-wm is started or updated. image

I think this is a good idea for a wallpaper. But instead of adding the package here, I would encourage publishing this as your own package on npm. Others could then install it and use as desired.

If you decide to publish it, let me know and I could add a link from this new docs page. There's only one other package to list there currently, but that one is probably pretty similar in structure to what you would be looking to publish, so you could check it out as an example.
