Replace twitter handle with mastodon handle and links #232

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. On the footer of the website there is our old twitter handle, we will not be using this as a social platform anymore.

Describe the solution you'd like Remove the twitter logo/links and add in the new ruby.social mastodon one.
