Bug Description

Time Stamp on the text messages appears in the UTC time zone.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://hello-foss-chat.herokuapp.com
  2. Login with Display Name and Password
  3. Send any text message
  4. See the time stamp and your local time

Expected behavior

Time Stamp should contain time of local time zone.
