Should not contain elq information. Also, should be able to configure which id to use if element already has one.

Renamed default attributes in b064190003a8102f742127d0f26f2ac0d0a3ec71. Added option to provide own idHandler object, which is now used for all id handling of the elements. Should now be possible to let the external world handle all the id's of the elements. 1ece7845081b6d2ad504fac5822a16b7b26d9c11
