Adds missing dependency #1

Adds the php7-fileinfo dependency, which is currently missing.

Travis-CI appears to be failing, but it looks like it fails due to a misconfiguration: it installs everything correctly, starts up akaunting successfully, and then hangs (waiting for password) on after_success.

Tested the latest image after merging, works fine over here. Maybe give that one a try?
