Invalid `kennel_base_url` #20

All files in config/ folder dont have kennel_base_url value because of which /barc/job/ post request fails. And FYI, https://kennel.wobbals.com/barc/job is offline.

I am also trying to do individual streams to composite stream with css layout horizontal. because tokbox is not supporting archive correctly if we have more than 5 streams.

Did you achieve any thing using this code? Please let me know how you achieved?
