Multiple IP addresses per interface within the same subnet. #24

Junos and RtBrick - and probably other vendors too - require the definiton of a secondary flag, if there are multiple IP addresses within the same subnet. Cosmo should check for those conditions, flag the secondary IPs and also provide an override method.
