Added the tea.yaml file to the config/ directory. This file contains configuration for various types of tea accessible by the application. Each entry in the file includes information such as tea name, tea type, and a brief description. Benefits of the Changes:

Provides a structured data source for tea types in the application. Improves code readability and maintenance by separating configuration data.
