This PR does the ff.:

Removes the @clerk/clerk-js dependency
Hot load Clerk from CDN, like what the React version does (increase performance of the app and decrease bundle size)

For reference, this is the current playground size when built (Nuxt):

It went down from 1.6 MB to 180 KB
