fix monitor/payload locations for lxd > 4.x

i updated the paths for the new lxd versions wich got moved from

/sys/fs/cgroup/blkio/lxc.payload/%s/ to /sys/fs/cgroup/blkio/lxc.payload.%s/

FYI: When updating lxd to the version where you have the new path's you need to restart all containers to "activate" the new payload/monitor paths, otherwise they will still use the old path and you have some with new and some with old paths running.
