Support for Eclipse 4.4. Luna #107

The error below occurs when using Eclipse 4.3 update site with Eclipse 4.4 Luna.

Failed to prepare partial IU: [R]org.objectstyle.wolips.woproject.ant 4.3.20130721.3.

WOLips simply will not install in Eclipse Java EE IDE for Web Developers.

Version: Luna Release (4.4.0) Build id: 20140612-0600

BTW - I did look at #109

I used the URL WOLips36Stable - http://jenkins.wocommunity.org/job/WOLips37Stable/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/temp/dist/ found at http://wiki.wocommunity.org/display/WEB/Project+Wonder+Installation+on+Windows

OK, just tried the URL above and it's installing now....I added a comment to the confluence page...

@bthayer Incredible timing; I just did a build, and installed it on Luna 4.4.1, works for me. Maybe someone can help if tell us what errors/messages you are getting?
